Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Site Budgets, to lead the budgets team across multiple trials. You will set standards, optimize processes, and ensure budgets meet study, sponsor, and regulatory expectations while collaborating with CTI leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, risk management, and continuous improvement to deliver accurate site budgets, improve cycle times, and enhance stakeholder

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in clinical research or CTI project management.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in allied health fields.
Experience managing clinical trials.
Thorough understanding of at least one therapeutic area CTI contracts for.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership of the site budgets team and ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure budgets align with study, sponsor, regulatory requirements.
Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
Standardize budget processes, tools, and templates.
Monitor data and provide insights to senior leaders.
Oversee CPMs and budget management across regions.
Lead client management and escalation when issues arise.
