Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking an Associate Director, Site Budgets to lead the site budgets team and standardize processes for CTI across studies and regions. This role focuses on organizational development, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring on-time, high-quality budget execution for clinical trials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of clinical research experience and/or CTI clinical project management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in allied health fields such as nursing, pharmacy or health science.
• Experience in management of clinical trials.
• Thorough and current understanding of at least one therapeutic area CTI is contracted for.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in development, management and oversight of the trial site budgets team.
• Coordinate standardized budget processes, tools and templates across studies and regions.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure budgets are structured and aligned with study, sponsor and regulatory requirements.
• Lead organizational change, new processes and systems across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee CPMs and site budget/payment specialists, including training and performance evaluations.
• Maintain compliance with ICH, GCP and trial procedures across functional areas.
