Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing, validating, or bringing complex wireless systems to market.
• Proven success leading technical programs, projects, or engineering teams within RF, wireless, or mixed-signal environments.
• Deep understanding of RF performance metrics including EVM, noise figure, phase noise, spurious performance, linearity, and S-parameters.

Responsibilities

• Own SDR product evaluation, characterization, and validation activities for cutting-edge SDR and transceiver platforms.
• Drive products from initial silicon bring-up through manufacturing release and customer deployment.
• Serve as a technical leader for RF, mixed-signal, and embedded software verification initiatives.
• Partner with IC design, software, applications, test engineering, systems, and marketing to define and execute product strategies.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers while fostering best practices across engineering teams.
