Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital IC design and system architecture.
- Expertise in digital signal processing, RTL design, and digital architecture.
- Strong knowledge of firmware and embedded software, radio architecture, and DSP cores.
- Experience with system-level modeling and verification methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural definition of mixed-signal ICs and SDR chips.
- Collaborate with analog, RF, firmware, and software teams.
- Capture and manage stakeholder requirements across programs.
- Drive tape-out readiness and validation of IC development.
- Mentor teammates and foster technical excellence.
