Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Lead for Software Defined Radio & RF Systems to lead the development, validation, and production release of next-generation SDR and mixed-signal solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing, validating, or bringing complex wireless systems to market.
• Experience leading technical programs or engineering teams in RF, wireless, or mixed-signal environments.
• Strong expertise in Software Defined Radio, RF systems, transceivers, ADCs/DACs, and mixed-signal architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced SDR product development and guide product strategies.
• Own evaluation, characterization, and validation for SDR and transceiver platforms.
• Drive silicon bring-up through manufacturing release and customer deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with IC design, software, applications, testing, systems, and marketing.
