Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Durham, NC seeks a Senior Product Development Engineer to own RF and high-speed data converter development, from evaluation to product readiness.

You will lead silicon validation across product lines, collaborate with design, test, and applications teams, and improve lab automation to meet datasheet requirements and customer use cases. You will guide junior engineers, scale repeatable validation processes, and drive qualification leadership while ensuring delivery

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in RF/high-speed data converter environments.
• Experience with RF system-level thinking and transmitter/receiver chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, characterization, and qualification of ADC/DAC products and RF signal chains.
• Characterize performance (SNR/SFDR/ENOB, noise, linearity, distortion) across PVT and modes.
• Validate RF performance and provide actionable guidance to design/test/apps teams.
• Drive lab automation, tooling, and repeatable characterization recipes.
