Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is hiring a Staff Product Development Engineer to guide technical direction for advanced electronic systems and semiconductor technologies.

You will orchestrate cross-functional alignment and set the technical vision for complex product initiatives, elevating engineering performance and delivering production-ready solutions. You will lead verification across RF, digital, and analog areas, and implement automated test infrastructures using Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in wireless or RF systems.
• Proven track record delivering complex wireless platforms to production.
• Automation of RF test flows with lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for RF systems, ADCs, DACs, and high-speed interfaces.
• Oversee debug, analysis, and validation across mixed-signal systems.
• Shape verification efforts for digital, DSP, and analog areas.
• Develop automated test infrastructure using Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW.
• Collaborate with design, test, applications, software, and marketing teams.
