Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong expertise in Software Defined Radio, RF systems, transceivers, ADCs/DACs, and mixed-signal architectures.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer to lead the development, validation, and production release of next-generation Software Defined Radio (SDR) and mixed-signal solutions. This is a high-impact technical leadership role where you'll work at the intersection of RF, mixed-signal design, embedded software, and system architecture. You'll guide products from early silicon development through full production release while mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy across cross-functional teams. What You'll Do
  • Lead Advanced SDR Product Development
  • Own product evaluation, characterization, and validation activities for cutting-edge SDR and transceiver platforms.
  • Drive products from initial silicon bring-up through manufacturing release and customer deployment.
  • Serve as a technical leader for RF, mixed-signal, and embedded software verification initiatives.
  • Partner closely with IC design, software, applications, test engineering, systems, and marketing teams to define and execute product strategies.
  • Act as the technical focal point for complex product issues, customer escalations, and performance optimization efforts.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers while fostering best practices across engineering teams.
  • Influence future platform architectures, validation methodologies, and automation strategies.
  • Solve Challenging Wireless Engineering Problems
  • Perform advanced RF measurements including EVM, noise figure, phase noise, linearity, spurious analysis, and S-parameter characterization.
  • Validate digital signal processing (DSP), embedded software, analog, and digital functionality within highly integrated radio platforms.
  • Present technical findings and recommendations to engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive Automation & Operational Excellence
  • Develop automated validation and characterization solutions using Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, C/C++, or similar tools.
  • Improve test efficiency, measurement accuracy, and product quality through innovative automation techniques.
  • Help define laboratory strategies, equipment investments, and next-generation validation frameworks.
What We're Looking For.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience developing, validating, or bringing complex wireless communication systems to market.
  • Demonstrated success leading technical programs, projects, or engineering teams within RF, wireless, or mixed-signal environments.
  • Strong expertise in Software Defined Radio, RF systems, transceivers, ADCs, DACs, and mixed-signal architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with RF test and measurement equipment including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
  • Deep understanding of RF performance metrics including EVM, noise figure, phase noise, spurious performance, linearity, and S-parameters.
  • Experience working across hardware, software, and systems engineering disciplines.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading engineers, projects, or technical workstreams within a product development environment.
  • Experience with embedded software verification and ARM-based systems.
  • Background in cellular, satellite communications, aerospace/defense, broadband, wireless infrastructure, or communications systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, C/C++, or C#.
  • Experience collaborating with firmware and DSP teams to define and validate advanced signal processing algorithms.

Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $110,385 to $151,808. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
