Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Software Product Line Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of an emerging SDR Systems-on-Module portfolio for the aerospace and defense market.

The role drives software strategy across a growing set of autonomous sensing and processing blocks, including RF and signal processing elements. The ideal candidate combines product strategy with deep SDR and embedded software expertise, capable of guiding architecture decisions and ecosystem

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of product line management involving software for SDR, radar, SIGINT, EW, and/or phased array market.
Experience managing complex hardware and software products throughout the product lifecycle.
Strong understanding of SDR architectures, Embedded Linux and real-time software systems, FPGA-based and heterogeneous compute architectures, Open software frameworks, Agile development, AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

Define and own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business plan for the software spanning the SDR SOM portfolio.
Establish common software architecture and platform strategy for reuse and scalability across products.
Drive software differentiation aligned with customer needs and standards.
Lead transition to software-centric, platform-based business models with recurring revenue.
