This hands-on technical role requires deep digital design, DSP, and system-level thinking to define requirements and guide architecture from concept to implementation. You will collaborate with analog, RF, firmware and software teams, drive architectures for digital accelerators and subsystems,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital IC design and related roles.
• Expertise in DSP, RTL design, and digital architecture.
• Strong knowledge of firmware and embedded software.
• Radio architecture and signal chains experience.
• Microprocessor sub-systems and digital accelerators.
• DSP cores and custom compute architecture.
• HW/Software co-design and digital modelling.

Responsibilities

• Architect complex mixed-signal ICs and SDR chips, focusing on digital accelerators.
• Collaborate with analog, RF, firmware, and software teams for cohesive design.
• Capture and maintain stakeholder requirements across the program.
• Support IC development programs from concept to tape-out and validation.
• Mentor team members and foster technical excellence.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to guide architectural decisions.
• Engage with customers and ecosystem partners to define future SDR technologies.
