Candid Health is hiring a Lead GTM Recruiter in Denver to work directly with the CCO and senior leadership. You will shape the growth of our sales organization by building top-of-funnel engines, defining best-in-class recruiting, and owning end-to-end GTM hiring for Enterprise AE, GTM roles, and senior positions.

You will partner closely with GTM leaders to forecast talent needs, craft recruitment strategies, and raise the talent bar as we scale in a hypergrowth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially scaling sales teams.
• Strong partnering with C-level leaders and GTM executives.
• Data-oriented, metrics-driven, with attention to process and quality.

Responsabilités

• Own GTM recruiting outcomes end-to-end for Sales & Marketing teams.
• Develop top-of-funnel strategies and creative sourcing in competitive markets.
• Partner with the CCO and GTM teams to align talent with business goals.
• Improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
• Coach and mentor teammates to scale internal recruiting practices.
