Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Senior Manager, Reimbursement & Access Services to steward patient access, reimbursement, HUB, and specialty support programs. The role drives operational excellence, vendor performance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve access outcomes and program ROI.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead across departments without direct authority.
• Experience with HUB, reimbursement programs, and patient access processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for HUB case management activities and customer-facing support functions.
• Establish performance standards, quality metrics, and customer experience objectives.
• Lead through influence to drive accountability among HUB teams and reimbursement specialists.
• Evaluate performance with audits, metrics, and SLAs; propose improvement actions.
• Partner with vendor leadership on performance improvement plans; escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee vendor governance, quarterly business reviews, and program ROI assessments.
• Develop reports and communications for program leadership; ensure contract/SOW compliance.
• Negotiate with external partners on service requirements and enhancements.
