• BS or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree ideal.
• 8–10 years of Biopharma industry experience required.
• 5 years of reimbursement experience required.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for patient access, reimbursement, affordability, and education.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize patient access and reduce delays.
• Analyze patient access trends and reimbursement challenges to inform program design and process improvements.
• Act asVoice of the Patient to influence patient support strategy and resource allocation.
