Keenova Therapeutics plc is seeking a Patient Access Manager in Bridgewater, NJ to lead reimbursement, education, and navigation for patients, caregivers, providers, and internal teams. You will partner across SPs, FRMs, case managers, and internal stakeholders to remove access barriers and drive patient-centered outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, program optimization, and collaboration to improve treatment initiation and continuity within a rapidly evolving payer landscape.

Competenze

• BS or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree ideal.
• 8–10 years of relevant Biopharma experience.
• 5 years of reimbursement experience required.
• Previous experience with Keenova relationships desirable.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary liaison for patient access and reimbursement processes.
• Educate patients on Buy/Bill and SP logistics and expectations.
• Collaborate with SPs, FRMs, case managers to resolve access barriers.
• Analyze patient access trends to inform strategy and improvements.
• Support pilot programs, launch readiness, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliant, patient-centered access solutions across programs.
