Job summary

Keenova Therapeutics plc in Bridgewater, NJ seeks a Senior Manager, Patient Access Strategy & Operations to lead HUB case management, reimbursement programs, and patient support initiatives. You will drive quality, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve access outcomes.

Key duties include setting KPIs, overseeing vendor performance, budgeting for programs, and reporting results to senior leadership; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; graduate degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of HUB, reimbursement, or access leadership experience.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and performance improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of health insurance benefits, Medicare Part B, and payer design.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to work cross-functional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HUB operations and case management performance.
• Establish performance expectations, quality standards, and customer experience objectives.
• Drive accountability across HUB staff and vendors.
• Monitor audits, productivity metrics, escalation trends, turnaround times, and SLAs.
• Develop corrective action recommendations and vendor improvement plans.
• Oversee vendor governance and quarterly business reviews.
• Escalate significant personnel, quality, and compliance concerns.
• Champion accountability, customer service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as escalation point for complex patient access challenges.
• Establish long-term strategies to optimize access outcomes and efficiency.
• Review program data to ensure contract/SOW compliance and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve access and reimbursement outcomes.
