Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; graduate degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in HUB, reimbursement, or access programs.
• Experience with HUB design, deployment and oversight.
• Knowledge of Medicare Part B, payer policy, and reimbursement.
• Proven ability to lead without direct authority and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for HUB case management activities and customer-facing support.
• Establish performance standards, quality objectives, and customer experience targets.
• Lead through influence to drive accountability across HUB staff and partners.
• Evaluate performance via audits, metrics, SLAs, and ROI analyses.
• Develop and oversee budgets, vendor governance, and quarterly business reviews.
• Partner with vendors to implement process improvements and SOP updates.
