Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Patient Access Manager to support access, reimbursement, and patient services across multiple locations, including Bridgewater, NJ and Hazelwood, MO. The role focuses on navigating payer landscapes, educating patients, and coordinating with care teams to improve timely treatment initiation.

The PAM will analyze access barriers, partner with providers and pharmacies, and drive improvements in patient support programs to enhance overall patient experience and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Critical point person for reimbursement and acquisition logistics for a high-touch biologic medication in an orphan disease with multiple payer options.
• Assist patients with Buy/Bill management; educate on Specialty Pharmacy logistics; emphasize timely follow-up to avoid delays.
• Manage patient assistance and reimbursement support services related to Buy/Bill products.
• Coordinate with patient support service representatives as needed.
• Educate patients on Buy/Bill, patient assistance and reimbursement support services.
• Utilize data to inform process improvements and patient access strategies.
