CLA, a leading professional services firm, seeks a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to drive knowledge management strategy, governance, and enablement across business functions. The role partners with senior stakeholders to build scalable KM capabilities and AI-ready experiences.

Responsibilities include defining governance models, metadata standards, and content lifecycle, while enhancing discovery and reuse across teams and functions. Leadership is by influence with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Requires 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted.
• Experience with knowledge management practices and information architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, and governance models.
• Drive content ownership, metadata standards, lifecycle management, and quality expectations.
• Improve content discoverability, trustworthiness, usability, and reuse across teams.
• Partner with senior leaders to align KM strategies with business priorities.
• Guide cross-functional initiatives in standardization and operational maturity.
• Lead through influence without direct people management responsibilities.
