Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to drive knowledge management strategy and governance across the firm. You will lead scalable knowledge capabilities, influence senior stakeholders, and advance information architecture, taxonomy, and content governance to improve organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to enable AI-ready experiences and reduce knowledge silos while shaping the future of digital knowledge enablement at CLA.

Qualifications

• Lead knowledge management strategy, governance, and enablement across functions.
• Develop scalable knowledge capabilities to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with senior leaders to align KM with business priorities and standards.
• Establish governance, taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle requirements.
• Influence adoption of consistent KM practices across repositories and processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, maturity plans, and governance models across multiple business functions.
• Design governance frameworks to drive accountability, quality, and sustainable KM practices.
• Lead cross-functional forums and initiatives focused on standardization and knowledge sharing.
• Guide stakeholders handling complex documentation and governance challenges.
• Provide direction to teams without direct management responsibility.
