Job summary

CLA is seeking a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to guide knowledge management across the firm. The role focuses on strategy, governance, and scalable capabilities to improve organizational effectiveness and reduce silos.

As part of the Product Operations team, you will shape metadata standards, content lifecycle, and AI-ready knowledge assets while partnering with senior leaders to drive operational maturity.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in knowledge management, information architecture, content strategy, documentation management, service management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, maturity plans, and governance models across functions.
• Establish scalable standards for documentation governance, metadata, taxonomy, and repository structure.
• Create governance frameworks, ownership models, review cycles, and quality expectations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve content discoverability, trust, usability, and reuse.
• Guide stakeholders on structuring content for both people and AI-enabled tools.
