CLA is seeking a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to join the Product Operations team in Austin. This role will shape knowledge management strategy, governance, and enablement practices across business functions, driving scalable capabilities and reducing knowledge silos.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to build sustainable knowledge management capabilities, leading governance forums and enterprise initiatives while aligning with digital and AI readiness goals.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience in knowledge management, information architecture, content strategy, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and experience accepted.
• Experience with governance, documentation standards, and knowledge lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, maturity plans, and governance models across multiple business functions.
• Design governance frameworks for documentation, metadata standards, lifecycle requirements, and content ownership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders to adopt standard knowledge practices.
• Establish measures of effectiveness for knowledge capabilities, governance maturity, and content quality.
• Define standards to support AI-enabled experiences and future digital worker capabilities.
