Syneos Health is seeking a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead scientific oversight, trial design and post-marketing study expertise. This role collaborates with RWLP management, business development, and operations to win global opportunities and deliver high-quality scientific outcomes.

The position requires a graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics or Public Health, with a preference for a Doctorate. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Doctorate preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late-phase designs.
• Strong communication and leadership; ability to contribute to proposals and regulatory discussions.

Responsabilités

• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality and satisfaction.
• Lead study start-up oversight and development of protocols, SAPs, CRFs, and reports.
• Develop trainings on epidemiologic designs and guidelines for RWLP/Company teams.
• Collaborate across RWLP, management, and functions to win global business opportunities.
• Develop abstracts and manuscripts to promote company services.
