Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead scientific oversight and strategy across immunology clinical trials.

You will collaborate with RWLP management, business development, and operations to win global opportunities and deliver robust study designs and analyses. The role requires a graduate degree in Epidemiology/Statistics/Public Health, strong communication and leadership, and experience with post‑marketing and late‑phase designs, with programming

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health (Masters; Doctorate preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of diverse study designs, including post‑marketing and late‑phase designs.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R or Python and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of selected immunology projects and meet customer expectations for timelines, budgets, quality, and satisfaction.
• Partner with RWLP management, business development, and operations to develop and win global opportunities; assist with proposals and presentations.
• Develop and peer‑review essential study documents (protocols, CRFs, SAPs, study management plans, reports).
• Facilitate scientific advisory boards for safety studies and produce manuscripts and abstracts for publication.
• Promote training on epidemiologic designs and guidelines across RWLP and Company.
