Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Dir, Epid miology Pipeline focusing on Immunology TA to lead scientific strategy across global immunology trials. You will provide expert oversight, guide study designs, and drive high-level collaborations with RWLP, business development, and operations to secure opportunities and ensure excellence in execution.

The role requires a graduate degree in Epidemiology or related field, with experience in post-marketing studies, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Master’s preferred Doctorate.
• Knowledge of diverse study designs; post-marketing and late-phase design familiarity preferred.
• Basic knowledge of statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight for selected projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
• Lead development of study documents (protocols, CRFs, SAPs) and support dissemination of findings.
• Develop trainings on epidemiologic study designs and guidelines for RWLP/Company.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop business opportunities and contribute to proposals and risk management.
• Authors abstracts and manuscripts to promote company services.
