Syneos Health seeks a Dir of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead epidemiology strategy and scientific oversight. You will guide immunology trial design, collaborate with RWLP management, and ensure timely, high-quality study outputs.

The role requires advanced degrees in epidemiology or public health, strong communication, and leadership skills, with a track record in post-marketing and late-phase studies. Global collaboration and innovation are core to the position.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Masters preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of study designs and post-marketing/late phase designs.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R, or Python for analyses.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight across projects with emphasis on immunology and epidemiology.
• Lead the development of study proposals, protocols, and statistical plans.
• Collaborate with RWLP management and other functions to win opportunities.
• Develop and review essential study documents and safety reports.
• Mentor teams and promote best practices in epidemiologic study design.
• Publish abstracts and manuscripts to promote company services.
