Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Director-level Epidemiology professional to lead the Immunology Pipeline. You will provide scientific oversight and collaborate across RWLP to win global opportunities, shaping study strategies and documentation.

Excellent leadership and communication are essential. Responsibilities include developing protocols, CRFs, analysis plans, and engaging with sponsors and investigators to advance postmarketing safety and real-world evidence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Masters preferred or Doctorate.
• Extensive knowledge of study designs; post-marketing and late-phase experience preferred.
• Familiar with SAS, R, Python for statistical programming.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop strong sponsor and investigator relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with RWLP management and operations to develop and win global opportunities; lead proposals and presentations.
• Develop and peer-review essential study documents including protocols, CRFs, and analysis plans.
• Facilitate scientific advisory boards and produce scientific reports, manuscripts, abstracts and presentations.
• Maintain knowledge of guidelines, trial designs, and real-world evidence to train RWLP staff.
• Improve processes for non-traditional site management, remote monitoring, and SOP development.
• Build relationships with sponsors, thought-leaders, and clinical investigators.
