Syneos Health is seeking a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead scientific strategy across immunology studies, guide protocol development, and oversee study design and reporting. You will interface with RWLP management, business development, and operations to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

The role requires a graduate degree in Epidemiology/Statistics/Public Health with SME in immunology trials and strong communication/leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Requires SME in Immunology Clinical Trials and rigorous epidemiologic training.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics or Public Health; Masters preferred, Doctorate optional.
• Experience with a variety of study designs and post-marketing/late-phase designs preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R or Python for analyses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scientific resource for RWLP management and senior leadership.
• Collaborate to develop and win global business opportunities; lead proposals and presentations.
• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects; ensure timelines, budgets, quality, satisfaction.
• Oversee study start-up and management; develop protocols, CSR, SAP, and reports.
• Develop trainings on epidemiologic designs and guidelines for RWLP/Company.
• Build organizational capacity and improve non-traditional site management and data solutions.
