Syneos Health is seeking a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to provide scientific leadership across immunology trials, shaping study designs and overseeing post-marketing safety commitments. The role partners with RWLP and sponsors to translate epidemiologic insights into strategy.

Ideal candidates hold a graduate degree in Epidemiology or Public Health, with deep experience in immunology trials and proficiency in SAS/R/Python; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics or Public Health; Masters preferred.
• Knowledge of study designs, post-marketing and late-phase guidelines.
• Experience with statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python).
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight; ensure timelines, budgets, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and peer-review protocols, CRFs, SAPs, and interim/final study reports; support safety studies and manuscripts.
• Coordinate with project manager to oversee study start-up and ongoing management.
• Develop trainings on epidemiologic designs and applicable guidelines for RWLP/Company.
• Assist business development with capabilities presentations and sponsor interactions.
• Advance post-marketing safety commitments and risk management initiatives.
