Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead scientific strategy and oversight for immunology programs across clinical development. You will collaborate with RWLP management and cross-functional teams to develop study designs, oversee analyses, and shape global proposals, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.

This role requires advanced degrees, strong communication, and experience with post-marketing safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health.
• In-depth knowledge of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late phase designs.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R, or Python.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific resource for RWLP management and senior leadership.
• Lead proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations with RWLP team.
• Provide scientific oversight to projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the project manager on study start-up and ongoing management; develop protocols and analysis plans.
• Develop and train on epidemiologic study designs and applicable guidelines.
• Contribute to post-marketing safety and risk management initiatives; build sponsor relationships.
• Develop abstracts and lead authorship of manuscripts and presentations.
