General Motors seeks a Senior Program Manager for Early Career Programs, focused on interns, tracks, and co-ops across the United States. You will lead strategic initiatives, partner with leaders to build roadmaps, and drive consistency of the internship experience from coast to coast.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 6+ years of project management across multiple workstreams and functions.
• Experience with early career/co-op programs and university partnerships.
• Ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and strategic initiatives across the Early Career Programs Team.
• Partner with business leaders to define strategy and build roadmaps and execution plans.
• Drive consistency across internship experiences across locations in the US.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and deliver solutions.
• Use quantitative and qualitative methods to inform decisions and drive program improvements.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and train intern managers.
• Design intern project plans and contribute to onboarding/offboarding for interns and co-ops.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to connect internship experiences to GM initiatives.
