Job DescriptionLocation: Warren, MI or Austin, TX strongly preferred. If remote, candidate must be located in Eastern or Central time zones.We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and project management with a focus on our intern, track and co-op programs across the United States. The person in this role will identify and drive strategic initiatives. We are seeking someone with demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, and execution of transformation programs as well as deep experience in partnership with clients/the business. The key to this role is to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to influence intern, track and co-op processes / programs through use of data and insights. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws.The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.The salary range for this role is $106,600 - $163,400.
