This role leads strategic initiatives and operations across intern, track and co-op programs in the United States, coordinating with multiple teams and executives to drive changes with data and insights. The role builds roadmaps, ensures onboarding/offboarding processes for interns and co-ops, and partners with stakeholders to deliver a rewarding program experience across locations in Warren, MI or Austin, TX with

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
6+ years of project management across multiple workstreams.
Experience with early career/co-op/university programs.
Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead operational and strategic initiatives across the Early Career Programs Team.
Partner with business leaders to define strategy and roadmaps.
Drive consistency across the internship experience across the US.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and create solutions.
Leverage data and insights to guide decisions and program enhancements.
Help build training for intern managers and develop project plan deliverables.
