Job summary

Parachute Health is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive analytics strategy across the organization. As a senior IC within Data Analytics under Revenue Operations, you’ll frame ambiguous questions, design rigorous analyses, and deliver actionable conclusions to leadership.

You will mentor analysts, design dashboards, and work closely with analytics engineers on data modeling. A strong bias for impact and clear storytelling is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analysis or similar role with impact on decisions.
• 2+ years at a senior level owning complex projects end-to-end.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions from a central analytics team.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Nice to have exposure to revenue and go-to-market data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analyses on high-stakes, ambiguous questions from framing to recommendation and impact.
• Design dashboards and reporting frameworks enabling stakeholders to answer routine questions.
• Set the bar for analytical rigor, methodology, and documentation via leadership and example.
• Apply statistical methods and causal inference to sharpen conclusions.
• Move between business domains and be credible in each, not owning one.
• Partner with leadership to identify where data can drive efficiency and growth.
