Parachute Health is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive analytical leadership across the organization. You will own complex analyses, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with revenue operations, clinical, supplier, and product teams to deliver actionable insights.

The role emphasizes rigorous methodology, scalable models, and clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Remote-first with an NYC office supports flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analysis or similar role with measurable business impact.
• 2+ years at senior analyst level leading complex projects end-to-end.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions from a central analytics team.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar).
• Nice to have: exposure to revenue and go-to-market data — pipeline, forecasting, funnel, retention, CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analyses on high-stakes questions—from framing to recommendation and impact measurement.
• Design dashboards and reporting frameworks that empower stakeholders to answer routine questions independently.
• Set standards for analytical rigor, methodology, and documentation, leading by example.
• Apply statistical methods, experimentation design, and causal inference where they sharpen conclusions.
• Move between business domains and be credible across them, not owning one domain.
• Partner with leadership to identify where data can drive efficiency and growth.
