Team Focus Insurance Group is seeking a Lead, Data Analytics to drive analytics strategy across P&C domains, partnering with data engineering and senior leadership. You will mentor analysts, build scalable data models, and deliver executive dashboards using Power BI and Looker, while aligning insights with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data analytics, BI or related role, with at least 2 years in a lead/senior capacity.
• Experience in the insurance, financial services, or healthcare industries preferred.
• Prior exposure to agency management systems, policy data warehouses, or insurance data environments preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and delivering analytics in sprint cycles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects addressing strategic business questions across P&C domains (underwriting, claims, distribution, client experience).
• Develop advanced statistical models, segmentation analyses, and predictive frameworks from large datasets.
• Architect and maintain scalable data models and pipelines; build executive dashboards using BI tools.
• Partner with Sales, P&C Underwriting, Operations, and Finance to translate needs into analytics plans.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive analytics delivery and governance.
