You’ll lead cross‑functional analytics, own core metric definitions, and champion AI‑assisted, self‑serve analytics across consumer and enterprise segments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics, strategy, or business/finance analytics with impact.
• Advanced SQL, strong analytics tools, and familiarity with dbt or semantic layers.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM tools to analytics tasks.
• Strong business and financial acumen — LTV, CAC, payback, NRR, revenue recognition.
• Ability to frame ambiguous questions and communicate persuasively to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• A bias for turning insight into decisions and driving impact.

Responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous business questions and bring rigorous, opinionated analysis.
• Bridge Finance and Marketing: link budget pacing to forecasts and planning.
• Own high‑leverage questions like unit economics and growth drivers.
• Drive board‑level analysis and craft a clear, trustworthy narrative.
• Define core metrics as a single source of truth and govern changes.
