The role emphasizes flexibility, cross-functional influence, and the ability to turn ambiguous questions into actionable conclusions with clear communication to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analysis or BI, delivering decision-changing insights.
• 2+ years in a senior analyst capacity owning complex projects end-to-end.
• Experience supporting multiple functions from a central analytics team.
• Hands-on cloud data warehousing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analyses on high-stakes questions from framing to recommendation.
• Design dashboards and reporting frameworks for self-serve insights.
• Set the bar for analytical rigor, methodology, and documentation.
• Apply statistical methods and causal inference where they sharpen conclusions.
• Move across business domains and stay credible in each domain.
• Partner with leadership to identify data-driven efficiency and growth opportunities.
• Mentor analysts and translate findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Influence senior stakeholders and challenge unsupported conclusions.
