Job summary

Parachute Health is hiring a Lead Data Analyst to guide the data analytics function. You will lead end-to-end analyses, mentor analysts, and partner with analytics engineers to shape data models and dashboards.

The role emphasizes delivering actionable insights across clinical operations, supply chain, and GTM. The position supports a remote-first culture with an NYC office; a strong background in SQL, Python, Looker, and cloud data warehouses is required.

Qualifications

8+ years in data analysis, BI, or a similar analytical role with impact on decisions.
2+ years at senior analyst level, owning complex projects end-to-end.
Experience supporting multiple business functions from central analytics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantitative/technical field.
Hands-on with modern cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
Nice to have exposure to revenue and GTM data (pipeline, forecasting, funnel).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analyses on high-stakes questions from framing to recommendation and impact measurement.
Design dashboards and reporting frameworks for self-serve insights.
Set high standards for rigor, methodology, and documentation by example.
Apply statistics, experimentation design, and causal inference where useful.
Move across business domains and be credible in each.
Partner with analytics engineering to shape data models and warehouse design.
