Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories.
• Lead elicitation, documentation, and management of requirements for complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate UAT, validate test cases, ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, and technical/user docs.
• Support production issue triage and apply change control practices.
