Raymond James is seeking a Senior Technology Business Analyst to bridge Trading Desks and Technology Teams, guiding solutions from inception through maintenance. You will gather requirements, engage stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical workflows within a hybrid work model.

The role requires 3–6 years of financial services experience, expertise in SQL/BRD/FRD, and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Qualifications

• Gathering and interpreting information from multiple sources (including databases, interviews, etc.).
• Writing BRD and FRD documents.
• Knowledge of SQL queries is a plus.
• TFS experience is a plus.
• Postman experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed business and technical requirements across trading desks and technology teams.
