Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant technical business analysis experience.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services industry; front/middle/back office preferred.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional efforts to define detailed business and technical requirements.
• Work collaboratively across the organization to gather, share, and articulate information.
• Utilize design-thinking to co-create and bring experiences to life.
• Convert requirements into detailed user stories to guide development and testing.
• Manage and prioritize the application backlog for sprint planning.
• Use data analysis to inform decisions.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop customized solutions based on client data analysis.
• Drive practice management improvements across departments.
• Apply principles of risk and change management.
