Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to partner with IT and business teams in delivering scalable technology solutions. You will own end-to-end analysis, from gathering requirements to solution validation, in a hybrid role based in the St. Petersburg office.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, and vendor management, plus strong communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to elicit & document business requirements, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus.
• Strong data analysis, testing support, and issue triaging capabilities.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with managing vendor relationships, scope, deliverables, risks and SLAs.
• Familiarity with OpenPages, Business Continuity in the Cloud, or Everbridge 360 is a plus.
• Excellent communication translating technical to business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Act as SME for assigned systems and business domains.
• Lead elicitation, documentation, and management of requirements for complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure delivery success.
• Facilitate UAT, validate test cases, ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, and user docs.
• Support production issue triage and resolution.
