Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Lead Business Analyst, Technology in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will liaise with business SMEs to define BRDs and design functional/technical specifications for regulatory reporting and credit risk management, while guiding data flows and analytics across OFSAA and related platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in IT with finance experience, strong Oracle SQL, ETL and data governance skills, and a hybrid work model with some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong IT/finance alignment.
• 5+ years in IT with development, regulatory reporting or credit risk focus.
• Experience with OFSAA, FSDF, OAS and data integration tools.
• Proficient Oracle SQL, AWS Redshift, ETL concepts and ODI.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Business SMEs to elaborate requirements and define BRDs.
• Define Functional Specifications and Technical Design Documents.
• Design Use Cases, Data Flows, dashboards to meet business needs.
• Profile data using Oracle SQL, MS SQL, or Redshift for sourcing needs.
• Support SIT/UAT and assist in release processes in SDLC.
