Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key Acute Care Distribution accounts.
• Map customer decision structures and timelines for tailored relationship building.
• Evolve contracts and relationships to fit changing market conditions.
• Conduct needs assessments, communicate with decision-makers, measure satisfaction, and improve strategies.
• Provide support on e-business, pricing, and contract terms.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable/Receivable and Finance to resolve disputes.
• Ensure contract compliance and lead pricing discussions.
