Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 13+ years in B2B sales, with 6+ years in management.
• Experience selling to hospitals or healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory sales to healthcare accounts and drive revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with C-suite decision makers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to win new business.
• Oversee pricing approvals and contract negotiations.
• Provide quarterly business reviews and forecasting updates.
• Mentor and coach sales reps in performance and strategy.
