You will own the launch process, coordinate with PM, Legal, RevOps, and Eng to align milestones and readiness across major and minor releases.

Success means clear ownership, early risk recovery, and scalable processes. You will grow from senior IC to leading a team focused on launch health and cross-functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Product Operations or cross-functional tech ops.
• Proven accountability rhythms and dashboards that drive results.
• Experience managing contractors and FTEs from the ground up.
• Familiarity with product roadmap tools and issue-tracking software.
• Strong facilitation and clear written communications for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly launch accountability forum.
• Lead weekly launch check-ins with PM input tool.
• Spot risks early, test resolutions, keep work moving forward.
• Maintain cadence across launch sizes and initiatives.
• Own the launch checklist and ownership model.
• Refine checklist with Product Ops over time.
• Share updates with PMM, Legal, Eng, Support, RevOps.
• Ensure items are assigned, dated, and visible before launch.
• Pull target launch dates from roadmap tools.
