Job summary

Socure is seeking a senior Launch Operations leader to build and guide a small team that ensures all launch deliverables are owned, tracked, and visible across Product Strategy & Operations. You will work with PMs and functional leads to guarantee on-time, well-documented launches and drive accountability across Legal, RevOps, and Eng.

The role emphasizes turning roadmaps into reliable launch plans, improving processes, and scaling the launch cadence for major releases and new capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or cross-functional tech operations.
• Proven experience running accountability rhythms and status dashboards.
• Demonstrated success building or leading teams of contractors and/or FTEs.
• Comfort with product roadmap tools (Aha!, Productboard) and issue tracking (Jira, Linear).
• Strong understanding of product and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent facilitation and clear written communication.
• Ability to automate and scale processes over time.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly launch accountability forum with a Product Manager input tool.
• Own the launch checklist and ownership model to drive org accountability.
• Turn systems into launch visibility with clear ownership, dates, and updates.
• Pull target launch dates from roadmap tools (Aha!, Jira) and define entry criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Strategy & Operations, PMM, Legal, RevOps, and Eng to ensure seamless launches.
• Provide updates and digests to partner groups to keep items top of mind.
