• Minimum of two years of recruiting or related law firm experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate materials and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications to ensure a positive experience.
• Process submissions and introductions of lateral partner candidates with accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Prepare interview memoranda and diligence materials for stakeholders.
• Maintain timely updates in the applicant tracking system and ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Provide operational support across Latham offices for lateral partner recruiting activities.
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential and proprietary information.
