• Hybrid work model with in-office presence in New York

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and process information for lateral partner candidates
• Process submissions and introductions of candidates with accuracy and adherence to procedures
• Prepare and compile candidate materials and interview memoranda
• Maintain accurate updates in the ATS and documentation throughout the process
• Provide operational support for cross-office recruiting as requested
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential information
