Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or related law firm experience, preferably.

• Maintain applicant tracking system updates and documentation.
• Prepare candidate materials and diligence for interviews.
• Provide operational support for recruiting across offices.
• Protect confidential information throughout the process.
